1. Scope

This policy outlines the estimated delivery timelines and post-dispatch experience for orders placed on www.agrotechonline.in. For dispatch and processing timelines, see our Shipping Policy.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

Digital Deliverables

Delivered to your registered email within 24 hours of payment. If not received, check your spam/junk folder and contact us.

Physical Orders (Subscription Boxes / Sourcing Orders)

* Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

3. Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the shipment is held at the nearest facility for pickup.
• Packages unclaimed for 7 days are returned to AGROTECH. Re-dispatch charges may apply.

4. Delivery Confirmation

• Physical deliveries: Confirmed via the courier's electronic proof of delivery (e-POD).
• Digital deliveries: Confirmed via email receipt.

5. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries

If a physical shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, report it within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the product and packaging, along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

6. Non-Receipt of Digital Resources

If you do not receive a digital deliverable within the stated window, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery time. We will re-send or resolve the issue.

7. Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us. We will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a re-dispatch or full refund.

8. Force Majeure

Delivery timelines may be extended due to natural disasters, weather, strikes, or government restrictions beyond our control.
