Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Lost in transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or expired product received

Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Approved returns will be processed for replacement within 2–3 business days.
  • Replacements are expected to be delivered within 4–7 business days.
