Shipping Policy (Dispatch Policy)

1. Definitions
- "Shipping" / "Dispatch" refers to the process of packing, preparing, and handing over physical products to our logistics partner for transit, or the preparation and delivery of digital resources via email.
- "Delivery" refers to the transit and final handover of a physical shipment to the customer, or the receipt of a digital deliverable. Delivery timelines are detailed in our separate Delivery Policy.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
AGROTECH fulfils three categories of orders:

- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.
- Business days: Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
3. Packing Standards (Physical Orders)
All equipment is securely packed using heavy-duty corrugated cartons, wooden crates, or shrink-wrapped pallets as appropriate. Fragile components are cushioned with foam inserts. Engine oil is drained before dispatch per hazmat regulations.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are shipped and delivered within 3–7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand during the festive season or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
5. Shipping / Fulfillment Charges
All applicable delivery or service charges are clearly mentioned on the invoice before payment confirmation. No hidden costs are added post-confirmation.
6. Address Accuracy (Physical Orders)
Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate. AGROTECH is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Force Majeure
Dispatch timelines may be affected by supply availability, courier disruptions, weather events, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions. We will notify you of significant delays.
